your mother

Unlike newspaper columnists who have to come up with stupid things to say on a regular basis, bloggers can write when they have something they want to say.

Now aren't you glad you weren't a journalism major?

Your Mom gives good advice.

The funny thing about "dreams" is that you always have to wake up.

Sorry to hear you're still having issues. But don't worry! We'll be here when you have more time, and life is more fun to talk about!

Daily posting is overrated. At least, that's what I'm trying to convince myself as I find myself up into the wee trying to find something to say, when all I want to do is collapse into my BFF, my fabulous bed.

You still post way more than I do!

your mother

This in no way excuses you from a daily (or so) reading of your mother's blog

Maybe I should have done this anonymously.

Life's too short, or too crowded, or too busy, or something, to let it get overwhelmed with a blog obligation. It's funny the way these things ebb and flow anyway -- you can tell when you're really feeling it and when you're not; and when you're not, it's probably a good time to grab a book or a knitting basket or to zone out in front of the tube. The other tube.
