Oh, great. So now I'm fat because I'm an insomniac? I can't seem to do anything right. Of course that whole eat-less-junk-food-exercise can go right out the window, which is really quite comforting. Wait! Does this mean those infomercials about "sleeping away the pounds" might have something going for them after all? Because I watch a lot of late-night infomercials when I can't sleep. It's all starting to become so much more clear to me, now...

maybe, we're supposed to eat more chocolate so that we're more productive during the day in less time. then having accomplished so much, we have more time to sleep so that we don't get fat from the chocolate.

does any of this make sense?!


It makes HUGE amounts of sense! But as one of those women who usually sleeps for 4-5 hours a night and can't seem to break the habit, I'm wondering what alternatives there are for energy boosters. Nah, chocolate is the answer ;-)
