Check out these fantastic figurines, based on the art of Hiëronymus Bosch.
From the website:
[Bosch] holds a mirror to the world with his cerebral irony and magical symbolism, sparing no one. He aims his mocking arrows equally well at the hypocrisy of the clergy as the extravagance of the nobility and the immorality of the people.

The real truth of the matter: Bosch was drunk off his ass a lot of the time, as befits someone living in a 16th Century Europe consumed with constant warfare and religious strife...Hence, the less-than-subtle distortions and stranger-than-thou figures!

Ah, don't tell me that. I prefer to think he was inspired by Eris.

THESE ARE AWESOME!!
I'll have to check some of these out. I was an art major back in my college days, this was one of my favorite paintings.
