For a brief moment I thought the poster said something like "Will propaganda" and thought "a little pale for Mr. Smith" but then I came to my senses. So now someone much hipper than I can tell me what "net neutrality" means...

Network neutrality is a call to keep the internet free of restrictions on content, sites, modes of communication, etc. Think Flash Gordon instead of Metropolis.
